Primewest Properties Limited have over 10 years industry experience in Building Construction, Property development, property Sales, Lettings and Management on all types of Properties in the United Kingdom.


All our workforce are direct employees (we also deal with a list certified panel subcontractors) and qualified as apprenticeship 'time-served' tradesmen.

We supervise all our contracts and work to ensure an excellent standard of workmanship in all areas of construction and development. We work very closely with the client and architect to make sure their vision is realised.


All projects adhere to current health and safety guidelines (including provision of Risk Assessments and Method Statements if required).
