Multi-Tenant Office Buildings

Five Tower Bridge

A sub contractor to the construction of an eight-story office building totaling 222,000 square feet above a three-level, 192,000 square foot parking garage containing 687 spaces. Exterior walls are a combination of precast concrete and aluminum framed windows.

A new bridge spanning an active railroad line connects the parking garage with the existing garage at One Tower Bridge. Work was accomplished without interruption of service and in close coordination with rail company representatives.

Purley, CR8

Extension, alteration and complete refurbishment of an existing property. Originally a bungalow, the new building consists of four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on a new first floor, a big family room at the back (including a gallery), a double garage and a new kitchen situated on the side.

One of the design briefs was to avoid undue strain on the existing fabric. As a result a new independent structural steel frame was added. This structrure included laminated timber beams to the underside of the new roof extension.
